Authors are encouraged to find representation before submitting their work to Random House. This policy helps ensure that submissions are of a certain quality and have been vetted by professionals in the industry. **

The manuscript submission process for Random House publishers typically involves sending a query letter or proposal to the appropriate editor or literary agent. If the editor or agent is interested, they may request to see the full manuscript.
